Wait a Minute, You Were Going to Toss That? (Quick Mustard Vinaigrette)

When there's just the dregs of mustard left in the jar, don't toss it out.  There is flavor left in there and you can easily make something good.  Here are the ingredients for my quick mustard vinaigrette recipe.  Check the video below for how to put it together.

 

Quick Mustard Vinaigrette          

1 tbs. Dijon mustard

1 tbs. red wine vinegar

4 tbs. olive oil

1 finely chopped shallot

 salt and black pepper
